  • Played a key role supporting business partnerships with hotel leadership and teams, serving as an employee advocate, cultural ambassador, subject matter expert, and a Risk manager.
  • Handled complex ER cases, that includes conducting confidential investigations, recommended course of Corrective Actions with effective resolutions that applied knowledge and understanding of HR guidelines and CA Employment laws, ensuring compliance while also reducing liability to company.
