Personal Summary (describe yourself)

I bring over 10 years of human resources experience, spanning the private sector and federal government, in both large (~40,000 employees) and small organizations (~100 employees) to the table! I began my federal HR career with the National Labor Relations Board, then the US Department of State, and finally the Office of National Drug Control Policy, an Executive Office of the President agency. I then transitioned to the private sector, to GDIT, a Fortune 100 aerospace and defense contractor. My experience includes, but isn't limited to, HR program development and management, recruitment/staffing, performance management, employee relations, coaching, international compensation, and benefits administration. 

I earned my B.A. in Spanish Studies from the University of Maryland and my M.S. in Management/Human Resources from University of Maryland University College (now UMGC) and am a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
