Built and managed the Talent Acquisition Operations and Compliance function for XPO to support ~15,000 hires annually in North America. Managed a team of 10 developing and managing Talent Acquisition processes and programs, identifying emerging staffing technologies, designing training and reporting to enable and evaluate efforts to attract and select high performing, diverse employees enterprise wide. Partnered with Legal and other internal stakeholders to define and uphold XPO’s pre-employment practices in accordance with government regulations.
