I have over 15 years of experience recruiting for technical and manufacturing companies in a combination of agency, corporate and contract roles.   I can help balance the needs of the company, hiring manager and candidate because I've delivered from all angles.

 

My career has been all about making connections with other people.   I am able to form relationships quickly, and comfortably and I gain the enthusiasm and cooperation of others. My clients will tell you I am process-driven and have a unique ability to read other people, to listen to them, and to persuade them when necessary.  I have a flexible style to accommodate a company’s culture, but I thrive when I have flexibility in how the results are produced.  I enjoy an environment where there is a fair degree of difference from one day to the next and when there are several "pots on the fire" at once.

Recent client engagements include SC Johnson, SL Power, Brady Corporation and GMR
Marketing; as well as multiple contingent searches within the Manufacturing, Engineering and IT
Industries.
● Partner with HRBP team, hiring partners, and leaders to identify personnel needs & workforce
planning as well as partner with FP&A to manage allocated budgets for headcount.
● Create and execute recruiting strategies, which results in a top-tier, qualified talent pool of professionals and a strong candidate pipeline
● Develop and implement a sourcing strategy, pre-screen candidates and deliver pre-qualified
diverse candidates for hiring manager's evaluation

Lead Recruiter

each recruiter while serving as front line lead for day to day issues from Human Resources and Hiring Managers. Acted as Interim Recruitment Director leading team of 3 recruiters and 2
coordinators for 6 months
● Design & execute the talent acquisition strategy for the entire Engineering organization. Manage
between 20 to 30 reqs for 5 different locations. Negotiate contracts and track effectiveness for
third party recruiters
● Fostered lasting client relationships as a trusted hiring partner with a 95% job-fulfillment rate and one of the lowest fall-off rates throughout tenure.
● Audited and changed EEO tracking process that led to a 60% reduction in inaccurate reports
● Project lead for HR strategy team to analyze and re-engineer policies & procedures for a more
effective candidate experience and better communication between hiring managers, HR Business

● Designed and rolled out a new Co-op program which included branding concepts, strategic targets,

Senior Recruiter - Power Solutions

● Design and delivery of full life cycle, national strategic and innovative staffing plan to support the Lead-Acid and Lithium-Ion Battery business. Concurrently manage between 45 - 55 requisitions
● Direct all recruiting efforts, interviewing, negotiations and new employee onboarding for Johnson
Controls-Saft joint venture. Grew team of engineers and support staff from 35 to 175 in less than
3 years while raising employee retention to over 90%
