I've worked for a number of blue chip multinationals leading both global Talent Management and Organization Development Centers of Excellence. I have also held senior Human Resource leadership positions at both global and regional (Europe, Middle East, Africa) levels. My experience spans a broad range of sectors, including banking, consumer electronics, medical device, food, energy, manufacturing, municipal government, petrochemicals, retail, telecommunications and transportation.

Over the years, I have been recognized for innovative, strategic leadership and counsel in transitioning under-performing organizations into top producers, and guiding other organizations through accelerated growth and global market expansion. My core capabilities and areas of focus include building, aligning and integrating talent management and organizational development solutions with strategic business drivers to achieve business growth targets.

Having graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder (BS-International Relations) and Thunderbird, School of Global Management (MBA-International Management), I have gained diversified, global experience in multiple corporate cultures and growth-intensive, complex, business environments, including 3M, Apple, Boston Scientific, Johnson & Johnson, FedEx, KPMG and Sadara (Dow Chemical and Saudi Aramco - $20B USD joint venture).
