from 60 to 40 days, without the use of an applicant tracking system

Reduced operations staffing expense budget over 50% due to the limited/targeted use of staffing agencies
Provided full-cycle recruitment for all company vacancies (non-exempt administrative to Executive level) to
include Monticello Wealth Management, LLC a subsidiary of Jefferson Bank and all temporary vacancies and summer internship positions (Avg. 10 requisitions per month)

Consulted with hiring managers on job description creating and updates to maintain accurate job description
