The Sr. Human Resources Systems Coordinator supports data compliance, maintenance of HR systems, data integrity and metrics/reporting. In this role, you are responsible for maintaining the highest standards of process efficiency and data integrity while providing high level customer service to users, processing system transactions, auditing and reporting. You will engage with a variety of stakeholders and be a go to resources for systems assistance and documentation. This role is a 1-Year Fixed Term Employee Contract and will reside (non-remote) in our Bellevue, WA office. What You Will Do Provide HR systems support and maintenance; Assist in the development, updating and maintenance of HRIS system user guides, FAQ’s, tool kits, HR forms and training materials Verify and validate timely system entries for completeness and accuracy; investigate and resolve irregular data. Troubleshoot data issues and errors, provide analysis of situation and resolve in timely manner Update and maintain personnel files, ensuring appropriate documentation and electronic file maintenance Participate in process improvements and assist in updating policies, procedures, and documentation to support process efficiency, data integrity, and the ongoing administration of HR systems and reporting Maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools; Assist with both standard reports and ad hoc requests Liaison with HR and Accounting team members (Talent Acquisition, Comp/Benefits, Payroll) on systems and reporting; provide payroll support with necessary documentation for bi-weekly payroll processing Perform continuous data audits to ensure highest level of data integrity exists Support State/Federal/International compliance reporting, e.g. EEO-1, GDPR and audit preparation Assist Systems Manager with project coordination for new HR system enhancements or integrations Work with Systems Manager on creating appropriate metrics reporting for HR and other departments Provide guidance and training to HR end users regarding HRIS reporting tools What You Will Bring Three or more years’ relevant work experience Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT or related field preferred Proficient in MS Office Suite; advanced knowledge of Excel Knowledge of HRIS system experience, ADP Workforce in particular Basic knowledge of HR regulations, processes and procedures How You Will Be Successful Communication : You have impeccable written and verbal communication with ability to translate technical information into a non-technical format.
