POSITION SUMMARY Under general supervision, executes recruitment and staffing strategies and initiatives to hire qualified candidates for both union and/or non-union positions across various Authority departments. Complies with all applicable federal, state and local laws and ethical standards PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Sources, identifies, and recruits highly qualified candidates for all positions, including conducting any of the following: cold calling, referrals, online job postings, Boolean resume database searches on recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, etc. Maintains relationships with external agencies, universities, and other recruitment sources. Conducts hiring, interviewing, and evaluation of candidates for employment, promotion, or transfer.
