This is a work at home position. We are seeking a couple recruiters to take part in a Pilot Program where you will source and screen candidates for commission based solar sales positions located in Southwestern Connecticut. Our client is looking to hire 60 new sales reps in the next 6 months in Connecticut. The ideal candidate can work independently and has access to job boards or other sources (such as LinkedIn, niche sites, Indeed, etc) to identify candidates. This is a remote 1099 commission role. Duties For this project, the independent recruiter will work remotely to source and identify possible candidates using their own job boards or other recruiting resources, contact the candidates, and do a phone screen. Compensation $75 per candidate that completes a 3 day new hire boot camp plus a $500 bonus if candidate stays for 3 months; plus a $500 bonus if candidate stays for 6 months; plus a $500 bonus if candidate stays for 9 months. Bonuses are paid out as long as candidate performs at least at the average sales level of 8-14 closed deals per month. Our compensation plan allows recruiters to make $3,000-$10,000/month if you can find between 4-12 new sales reps a month. Skills/Experience * High volume recruiting experience. * Burning eagerness to applicants as there will likely be minimum requirements to stay in this Pilot Program. * Have access to your job boards or search tools to identify candidates. * Experience recruiting for or has a strong desire to recruit for 1099 sales people who have worked on a commission basis. * Candidate must be eager to work on a commission basis. * Experience recruiting in the solar industry is a plus but not required.
