As the first People Ops Business Partner at Splice Machine, you will work with the VP People Operations to help recruit, hire, onboard and manage people programs for Splice Machine's talent. This is an opportunity to perform all elements of the People Operations department for a young and growing fully distributed company with employees in China, Germany, Spain, Canada and the US. About You You have supported a distributed team of employees as a People Operations resource. You are responsible and can be counted on to follow through on anything you commit to. You are a list maker, always thinking about the most efficient way to get something done and take pride in making sure every detail is complete. You get stuff done well and people love working with you. You are a problem solver and like thinking outside the box You are a great listener, have a high EQ and like pleasing others. You persevere to overcome challenges that might otherwise stump others. You have terrific writing skills, you are analytical, detail oriented and love fast-paced environments. What You Will Do Recruiting – You will help manage talent campaigns that attract a diverse and high-performing team of talent and coordinate interviews. Learning & Development – You will help design and facilitate our onboarding of new employees, training, and professional development. Core Human Resources – You will help administer compensation paperwork, oversee our quarterly OKR goal setting and help manage our annual Performance Reviews and Compensation review. Culture – You will help grow our friendly culture that is inclusive, inspiring, and fun.
