Title : Leave of Absence Project Manager & Administrator (Temporary Role) Office : National HR Location: Flexible (within YU locations/network) FLSA Status: Exempt OVERVIEW: Reporting to the Director of Talent Administration,* this role will be responsible for assessing current Leave of Absence (LOA) operations, resources, and processes (internal and external through our third-party LOA administrator, Lincoln Financial Group), and submitting recommendations for enhancements within this focus area. The individual in this role will implement a selection of the recommendations and/or other enhancement activities, as directed by the Year Up HR team.
