This position is a remote and temporary role which is instrumental in establishing effective recruitment pipelines to access top level talent, while delivering timely and effective customer service to their clients to meet the hiring needs of the organization.
Types of Candidates We're Looking For:
High School Diploma / GED
Minimum 2 years full cycle recruiting, high volume preferred
2 years conducting phone and/or in person interviews
Previous experience working in a recruiter role with a consultative approach, leading client relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to develop relationships, establish trust and credibility
Strong planning and organization skills using the ability to set priorities plan and coordinate events
Experience with Taleo
