Gig Description


• 96 EE (SF (40), 20 (DC), 10 (NY) and the rest are remote
• Someone to help on the interim (possible CTH), but they will be looking for an HR Director on their own
• Employee evaluations coming for both union and non union employees is coming up, but Joseph(HR Coord/HR Gen) is doing the prep work surrounding that but needs
• Vendor reconciliation so this person will be partnering with accounting, collective bargaining agreement (not hard requirement)
• Handle most HR inquiries including higher level HR (Benefits/Open Enrollment/employee relations/investigations/leave policies, etc.)
• Would love for someone with a DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) lens as they are going through Equity concerns and is doing a pay equity analysis through a firm
• Need this person to provide insight (someone else is managing that program), but they need to spearhead all communication with staff and making decisions about plans around equity audit
• May also need this person to go to group meetings (See if they will be comfortable or will be able to)
• Union (50% of EE are union) - NOT A HARD REQUIREMENT
• Onboarding and training of processes needed to take place
• Doesn't have to have union experience (there will be support in regards to that)
• Super important for them to know CA labor laws
• Recruiting if there are any openings that need help or needed to start immediately
• Experience with small to midsize companies and/or non profits

• Extensive HR knowledge, professional
• Willing to get their hands dirty/pull down their sleeves and get the job done/hands on HR
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Pro-Team attitude (collaboration is the key to be successful in this team)
