The Compensation Analyst leads all of the company's compensation functions, reporting to the Director of HR. This position is responsible for the strategic design of all Compensation programs, which includes creating and maintaining policies, best practices, and leading program implementations. Researching market data, preparing the market analysis and preparing a salary recommendation, and assists by researching employee data. Completes salary surveys and analyses results. Analyzes and evaluates jobs, conducts market pricing and develops salary/wage recommendations, assess jobs for placement into the appropriate salary structure and grade according to Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Overseas and leads the administration of the performance appraisal process, merit administration, and Executive Compensation review.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business or closely related field of study required; Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in the analysis, design and/or administration of compensation programs required; Certified Compensation detail oriented (CCP) designation required; HRIS (Kronos) experience preferred; Experience that demonstrates strong analytical, research and problem solving ability; Knowledge of relevant employment laws (e.g., FLSA, EEOC, ADA, etc.) required; Excellent analytical, project management, problem resolution and client service skills required;
