Phone screen and interview potential candidates

Attend Job Fairs, College Expos, Networking Events, and other Recruiting Events

Help verify I9 documentation and maintain updated information in Employee database

Assist with Employee Background checks and Onboarding Process for new employees

Manage workflow and prioritize any open or high-profile openings

Assist Human Resources Department with other Human Resource-related tasks

1+ years' experience In Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or other related Human Resources positions!

Candidates who have been in roles of High-Volume Recruiting or Full-Cycle Recruiting preferred; not a requirement!

Strong Computer Skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and working within major HRIS systems

Experience sourcing resumes from various Job Board Sites such as Indeed, CareerBuilder, Monster, ZipRecruiter, Glass Door and LinkedIn a plus!

Excellent Communication Skills, include Written and Verbal skills

Capability of working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking

Candidates must be able to work in a Team-oriented environment but also can work well independently!

Understand that many positions may required ability to meet time-driven tasks and prioritize high-profile openings!

Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource-related studies preferred, not a requirement!
