Our client is seeking an interim HR OPERATIONS MANAGER and this position will be required to be onsite 20 hours per week and 20 hours remote. Seeking someone with knowledge of benefits, compensation, HR systems, and payroll. The ideal candidate would be someone who is a great communicator that can build strong working relationships with external contacts and internal departments in order to support as well as troubleshoot and resolve issues.


  • 8 + years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles
  • Understanding of general human resources policies, procedures, and operations
  • Good knowledge of state, local and federal employment/labor laws and relevant HR legislation (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Health & Safety, etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Google Suites, Slack; HRIS systems (e.g., UKG) and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
  • Strong detail-oriented and resourceful mindset
  • HR Certification is a plus (SHRM-CP, PHR or SPHR)
