Large, consumer packaged goods company seeks a Compensation Analyst on a consulting basis. This role has potential for full-time full-time for the right candidate! Responsibilities will include: Provides direct analytical support to the Compensation function regarding the development and execution of various compensation programs and projects to ensure competitive, compliant, and motivating compensation for the Company. This role is a key contributor for global compensation support, specifically in the areas of annual compensation planning process (merit, bonus, LTI), creating ad-hoc reports, and compensation modeling and analysis. • Evaluate proposed and existing jobs by reviewing job descriptions against internal criteria and external benchmark data to ensure grade and salary recommendations are commensurate with market and internal equity • Strong involvement in the planning, coordination, facilitation, administration, and reporting of global annual compensation programs and associated payroll processing as it pertains to data integrity, compensation planning tool functionality, testing, and ongoing support. • Participate in annual salary surveys, interpret compensation data, and provide analysis and recommendations for any job match and/or level changes • Maintain and audit business processes, incentive targets, incentive payout rules, and job profiles. • Model, evaluate, and analyze salary data providing detailed analysis for review. • Manages assigned departmental projects from inception to completion: timelines, resource availability, deliverables, status updates, etc. • Partner with HR Service Center to ensure accuracy in HR data including compensation, levels, titles, bonus program, and salary structures.
