Major responsibilities

- Maintaining new-full-time on-boarding paperwork/orientations

- Optimizing digital recruiting resources

- Leading interviews

- Furnishing and screening candidates through various sources and platforms

- Influencing internal recommendations

- Directing various administrative duties

- Authoring and posting job opportunity advertisements

Requirements

- Ability to quickly write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

- experience in in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

- Corporate Recruiting experience

- We want someone with proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms in this position

- Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects

- If you are highly detail oriented, and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity, you will be a top candidate

Budget (hourly or project based)

$20.00 - $30.00 / Hourly
