OfficeTeam is currently seeking skilled candidates to fill a rewarding role as a Human Resources Recruiter with a reputable business located onsite in Allentown, Pennsylvania. In this Human Resources Recruiter role, you will be assisting in finding efficient talent for the company's operations and providing additional Human Resources assistance within the department. Become an integral part of the team with this Human Resources Recruiter role as you will managing the full cycle recruiting process for finding candidates and assist in maintaining the candidate database. Your focus as a Human Resources Recruiter will be sourcing candidates through applications and reviewing resumes through various job board websites. This Human Resources Recruiter may also be responsible for attending job fairs and networking events to assist in the company's hiring needs. The Human Resources Recruiter should also have a strong understanding of different Human Resources laws and regulations and be able to work in a high-volume business! This Human Resources Recruiter role will require candidates to work onsite at the office in Allentown, Pennsylvania.


Assist in the recruitment process for all job vacancies

Work on effective strategies of recruiting excellent talent for the company

Assist in the interview process and schedule any traveling required for potential candidates

Work on effective procedures in recruiting functions such as sourcing for resumes, screening candidates, scheduling, and conducting interviews

Implement effective skill testing and participate in pre-employment and background checks

Oversee the evaluation applicant qualifications

Assist in the creation of job descriptions and maintain daily

Communicate with local colleges, universities, and other institutions for additional recruiting efforts

Communicate with local employment firms and other staffing agencies to source for potential candidates

Attend job fairs, college expos, networking events and other various recruiting events

Help verify I-9 documentation and maintain updated information

Manage workflow and prioritize open positions

Assist Human Resources Manager with other HR-related tasks

3+ years' in Human Resources Recruiting, Talent Acquisition and/or other related experience

Ideal candidate should have a strong competency in understanding HR laws and regulations!

Candidates should also be able to use multiple sources in reviewing candidate resumes

Candidates must be comfortable working in a High-Volume capacity in regards to recruiting!

Strong Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent Communication skills, including both written and verbal

Capability of having excellent organization skills

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management a plus!
