OfficeTeam currently has an opening for a self-starting Human Resources Assistant with exceptional organization skills in the manufacturing industry. In addition to being in charge of a number of different personnel related administrative tasks, the Human Resources Assistant will provide clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures. This long-term temporary opportunity is with a company in the manufacturing industry and is based in the Florence, Kentucky area.

Your responsibilities in this role

- Plan new employee orientation meetings

- Maintain employee database documents

- Be in charge of administrative and office responsibilities


- Familiar with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

- Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects

- Approachable and appropriate demeanor when interacting with all levels of staff in a rapidly changing environment

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and exercise good judgment and discretion in handling and disseminating information

- Human Resources (HR) Administration experience required

- Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel

- Administrative Office experience
