OfficeTeam is currently seeking skilled candidates to fill a rewarding role as a Human Resources Administrator for a reputable company we are currently working with onsite in Scranton, Pennsylvania. This Human Resources Administrator will be supporting the team's Human Resources Department and supporting various tasks such as Recruiting, Employee Outreach, Event Planning and other areas. This Human Resources Administrator will be assisting in furthering employee engagement and must have a get it done mentality! In this Human Resources Administrator role, candidates should be ideally good with people and be able to utilize multiple technologies! This Human Resources Administrator position will be an ideal opportunity for those looking to expand on their career in Human Resources. Assist in full cycle recruiting process, including but not limited to: sourcing resumes, posting available jobs, phone screening and interviewing potential candidates

Engage with employees regarding any internal inquiries they may have

Provide insight and assist with setting up and managing programs such as wellness and rewards/benefits/compensation

Assist with planning events for internal employees

Answer all employee correspondence relating to payroll, time off and/or benefits enrollment

Make sure new employees are completing in a timely manner all needed background screenings

Make sure all new employee orientations are being scheduled and all paperwork is completed prior to first day

Assist with any additional Human Resource-related roles as assigned

1+ years' experience in Human Resources and/or related positions

Candidates must display a strong level of professionalism, diplomacy and confidentiality

Ideally candidates must also display a sense of humility, have a strong customer-focus minded attitude and a "Get it Done" mentality!

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and ADP Workforce Now

Ability to work well with others and have a strong understanding of using Technology such as Video, Phone and Text Messaging

Strong Attention to detail and be flexible to every-changing needs

Prior experience in Recruitment a plus!

Bachelor's Degree in Management or HR-related studies preferred!
