Job Skills / Requirements

Looking for an experienced HR Generalist/Recruiter who will be responsible for all HR related duties to ensure we have the right people in the right seats, the right way. This HRG is a people and process oriented individual that leads by example to influence the team to achieve common goals, recruits, on-boards, assesses performance, helps engage, trains, and plans for the future. We need an individual who can keep pace with our current growth. Must have experience with sourcing candidates online, have a keen eye when reviewing qualified resumes, and communicating with team managers. Bilingual in English/Spanish is required for communication with our diverse applicant pool.

Skills Preferred
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification
  • High volume frontline recruitment experience
