Proactive Talent is seeking to add experienced freelance recruiters to our OnDemand Recruiting talent community. OnDemand Recruiting is an hourly contract recruiting role, working on recruiting projects when a client is short-staffed, has a spike in hiring volume, or has a need for niche hires.

Proactive Talent requires a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) office setup for our freelance Recruiters which includes a computer/laptop, phone, and high-speed internet to perform successfully.
