Our client is looking for a Jr TX. This is a 12 plus months' contract role. Please find below the details of the position.

Job Description

Position Title:Jr Recruiter

Location: Plano, TX

Length: Long term Contract

Responsibilities:

  • Experience Creating Technical Job requirement based on information from account team.
  • Source potential resources on niche platforms in Security, Telematics and IT domain
  • Experience in working with Staffing/recruitment firm.
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' skillset
  • Interview coordination, setting up and following for feedback.
  • Ability to create summary document of shortlisted profiles and provide recommendation of profiles to Hiring Manager.
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
  • Support in Onboarding & offboarding process.
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting, external job boards)
  • Good to have bilingual skill set(Japanese/English)

Minimum Qualification:

  • Diploma/ Associates degree
  • 2- 3yrs of experience in recruitment lifecycle
  • Experience in documentation: Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
  • Experience using ATS ( plus to have)
  • Great communication skills
