Knack is seeking a Contract Recruiter to assist with identifying outstanding talent to fill open positions across our organization. This position will be part time (20-25 hours per week) and will own a variety of positions including development, marketing and VP level roles. This will be a 3-month assignment, with the possibility of extending to up to 6 months based on company needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partner with the People Operations Manager to own all recruiting activities for assigned roles.
  • Assist managers with writing job descriptions
  • Post jobs using Paylocity Recruiting
  • Proactively source candidates
  • Conduct first round phone screens and work with hiring managers to facilitate additional interviews
  • Provide regular feedback to hiring managers on recruiting status and candidates
