Aerotek promotes exclusively from within; the majority of the people who start as a Recruiter advance into our sales career path.**Job Summary:**The Aerotek Contract Recruiter (ACR) role is responsible for identifying, interviewing, screening and presenting qualified candidates for contract and permanent positions with designated or assigned Aerotek clients. The ACR must have the ability to effectively communicate to applicants, candidates and internal partners. The ACR role is intended to assist with large scale surge requirements for identified Aerotek customers; and to ensure a great experience for prospective candidates.**Essential Functions:**+ Conduct candidate screening (to include interviews, reference checks, skills verification, )+ Conduct job specific interviews - present and sell opportunity to candidate; evaluate and assess candidates' qualifications; and make hiring recommendations to the Recruiting Manager.+ Track, maintain and document candidate screening using Aerotek's online systems+ Responsible for attaining production goals as outlined by the Recruiting Manager and client needs+ Execute assigned steps of the Perfect Fit Delivery Cycle (PFDC) recruiting cycle to identify qualified candidates for designated or assigned Aerotek customers including but not limited to making offers, verifying drug screens and backgrounds and start dates+ Assist candidates with drafting resumes and preparing for interviews with clients based on specific knowledge of the client and the position+ May be responsible for negotiating wage and offer rates with contractors for assignments+ Communicate effectively with others in order to create a productive and diverse environment and team+ Perform customer service-related activities as assigned including but not limited to payroll questions and performance metrics**Do you have the following?**+ Bachelor's Degree (preferred)+ Customer or sales focused experience+ Collaborated in a team-oriented environmentaerotekinternal**Our people are everything.
