Execute the Talent Acquisition Strategy for the region or assigned client group and deliver the resourcing policies, framework and processes drive constant external market awareness to build and maintain Equinix as the employer of choice.Responsibilities Supports the recruiting function for corporate positions (Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, etc) of all levelsBuilds knowledge of key requirements and develops sourcing strategies to ensure solid pipeline for open positionsYou assist recruiter with screening candidatesYou review resumes and recommend candidates to recruiter for further screeningMay advise and offer guidance to hiring managers on the 7-Step Hiring Process - with direction from others - to ensure an efficient, accurate and high touch candidate recruiting and onboarding experienceYou negotiate offers by partnering with hiring manager, senior management, and other groups as necessaryYou may require guidance and support, depending on complexity of negotiationLeads candidate experience and acts as an advocate for both Equinix and the potential hireYou extend the offers and ensure that potential hires fully understand the offer and entire compensation packageUpholds compliance with all legal and professional standards and ensure they are followed during the hiring and onboarding processesQualifications1+ years experience in corporate recruiting (Functions- Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, etc) preferredHigh School Diploma requiredIn accordance with Colorado State Law ()the salary range for Colorado for this role is$30-$45perhour.Equinix is an equal opportunity employer.
