Ready Pac Foods - This is a contract role based out of our Irwindale, CA manufacturing plant.The Recruiter will be responsible for managing all stages of the recruiting cycle for all levels of hourly positions for our Manufacturing Facility. They will also manage the recruiting in our plant with the temp agencies, as well as manage the internal and external recruiting process.Job ResponsibilitiesWork closely with all hiring managers and HR Business partners to execute recruiting process.Source, screen and engage passive and active candidates; cultivate a robust network of potential candidates through pro-active market research.Screen applications, conduct phone-based interviews to evaluate and summarize relevant skills and experience, coordinate on-site interviews.Collaborate effectively with HR Business Partners when working compensation, compliance, onboarding, and other processes.Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and strategies to find, connect and recruit top talentManage and maintain a proactive relationship with external recruitersPosts jobs to job board sites and social media.Prepare and maintain reports as required by management and track recruiting metrics.Maintain required candidate activity including: communication, submissions, interviews, headcount and placements.Coordinate post-offer activities, and ensure new hires are fully prepared for their start date.Maintain the integrity and compliance of the selection process, upholding hiring standards, and tracking key process measures.Performs other duties as assigned.Minimum QualificationsRequires a BA degree in Human Resources or equivalentMust speak SpanishMust have a minimum between 3 to 5 years of solid Recruiting experience, preferably in a multi-site, multi-state manufacturing environment. Combination of agency recruitment and corporate talent acquisition preferred.Must have experience recruiting manufacturing related positions and high level recruiting.Strong interpersonal, organizational, conflict management, administration, reasoning and decision making skillsMust have the ability to do transactional work and to also think and act strategically, to make sound decisions and to function as an effective team player.Must be proficient in MS Office applications and have excellent communication and organizational skills.Excellent knowledge of the internet, search engines, networking sites, job boards and industry associations/niche websites.Expert knowledge in all components of full lifecycle recruiting.Tracking.aspx?f3VYL1vKN%2by90G8S6Ff5Mwj
