Contract Recruiter - 2 MONTHS
Our client is looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter to help them with full-cycle recruitment for MARKETING ROLES.
Compensation: $25 to $30
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and work with internal hiring managers, schedule interviews and post-interview follow up
- Extend offers, schedule start dates, assist with on boarding expectations
- Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Screen resumes, perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Administer appropriate company assessments and perform reference and background checks
- Making recommendations to company hiring managers
- Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers
- Following up on the interview process status
- Communicate employer information and benefits during screening process
Job Requirements:
- Experience recruiting Marketing, Creative roles including: Copywriters, Marketing Specialists, Product Managers
- ATS experience
- 3+ years of recruiting coordination experience
- Bachelor's Degree is HIGHLY preferred
