We are looking to hire our next team member to help us progress our growth and client expansion. We have job openings for a recruiter at a consultant level. You need to embody the attitude that anything (but not everything) is possible and you are willing to work hard enough to make it happen. What your responsibilities will be…

  • Develop strategic relationships throughout the Salesforce community to influence and advise candidates on their next career move
  • Liaise between our client and your candidate network to identify the best talent for their requirements
  • Become an active part of the Salesforce community; attending networking events, having a presence on social media, taking ownership of your reputation within the industry
  • Execute searches for relevant candidates through many Recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn CRM, Indeed.com, etc.
  • Qualify candidates over the phone or in person to determine their suitability to Clients' jobs we're working
  • Maintain constant line of communications with candidates during interview process from initial reach out, to coordinating interview availability, and negotiating offers.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to consistently hit KPI's and help identify quality candidates for roles
  • Schedule and conduct pre-screening phone calls.
  • Administer and track completion pre-qualification tests.
  • Attend weekly recruiting meeting, make recommendations and advise of recruit status.


  • 1-3 years of full recruiting experience including onboarding experience, maximum
  • Associate's Degree Required or equivalent experience
  • Experience recruiting, interviewing, screening, testing, sourcing and developing pipeline strategies in human resources, staffing or related department a plus
  • High volume recruitment experience and usage of an HRIS / ATS system required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service focus
  • Ability to work from home (high speed internet connection required).
