Branch Manager - Contract Practice

Grayson Search was founded in 2014 by partners coming from a national search firm. Grayson is a boutique firm, specializing in contract and direct hire placement of accounting, finance, and IT professionals. Our focus is not on becoming the biggest staffing firm in Chicago but on providing our clients with superior customer service.

We are seeking a Branch Manager for our contract accounting and finance practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring, training, and guiding a team of recruiters/sales associates. They will be able to set clear staffing goals and assist the team in accomplishing those goals. In addition to building a team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business by establishing relationships with clients and acting as constant contact to ensure the clients needs are always met. This person will be expected to meet performance-based financial goals by providing business plans with accurate forecasting and budgeting. This person will be positioned to help us grow our contract finance/accounting practice as we expand in Chicago and to other markets.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a branch manager, department director or a similar role is a plus

Business Development experience in the staffing industry

Ability to develop sales projections and meet deadlines

Familiarity with industry's rules and regulations
