An employer is hiring for an Executive Recruiter to sit remotely. This team is dedicated to talent acquisition for all the corporate business arms for their Operational HR division. This role specifically hires mid-high-level executives and requires a strong background in executive search. This candidate must have stellar business acumen and follow up, to work with candidates ranging to a VP level. This is a full lifecycle role, and this candidate must be able to work directly with hiring managers to understand the need, all the way to offer. The ideal candidate will have the proven ability to source and pipeline passive candidates though external sites, job boards, and additional creative outlets. This individual must have experience creating Boolean strings from scratch, can hit the ground running with LinkedIn Recruiter, and have a high aptitude hit and exceed recruiting metrics. Recruiting for executives is a lower volume role, however this individual must be able to have a high number of outreaches each week and carry as many as 30+ requirements at a time with varying timelines to fill.
