We are looking for a Sr. Corporate Recruiter to join our Human Resources department and be responsible for the US recruitment. This will be a one-person role developing long-term recruiting strategies and working closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs and structuring the recruitment plan. The role requires an independent professional who can successfully recruit for 10+ positions at a time and create strong talent pipelines for our company's current and future hiring needs, specifically for Sales and Client Services departments. Ultimately, you will maintain and improve our employer brand, ensuring that we attract, hire, and retain individuals who contribute to our company's growth.
Location: This is a remote opportunity and open to applicants nationwide.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for independent full life cycle recruiting process for US roles (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, evaluations, offer determination, negotiation, and onboarding). May also be requested to assist in other office locations (UK and Toronto) recruitment, as needed.
Work with hiring managers to define requisition profiles, strategies, and create new job descriptions or make updates to existing descriptions.
Create pipelines for all critical roles: Sales, Client Services, and Account Managers
Create salary benchmark for all US roles (average salary, 25th percentile, 50th percentile, 75th percentile)
Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks, and through referrals.
Use skill assessment tools and tests to screen candidates.
Tracking candidate flow in a recruitment dashboard and share recruitment updates and metrics to department heads/managers each week.
Lead consensus meetings on candidate decisions; provides interview guidance/strategy to interview teams.
Oversee Agency vendors and communicate positions that may need their recruitment assistance, as necessary.
Responsible for all recruitment agreements/contracts (i.e., agency, agency contractors, independent contractor).
Track recruitment KPIs, such as: time to hire, quality of hire, sourcing channel efficiency, adverse impact, candidate experience, cost to hire, etc.
Lead employer branding initiatives.
Oversee the Applicant Tracking side of our HRIS system.
Create annual calendar of events surrounding virtual career fairs, university relations, and internship programs.
Organize virtual (in person events once it is safe to do so) hiring events and participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates.
Support the HR department in employee relations programs to help improve the employee experience.
Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
Maintains recruiting files and appropriate documentation.
Provides recommendations for process improvement and upgrades regarding recruitment activities and function
Manages background check processes.
Works on special projects related to other HR activities as business needs demand.
Experience You Need to Succeed:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant degree.
7+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, recruiting for a wide array of business and/or corporate roles.
Experience in Agency and in-house recruitment preferred.
Experience and comfortable with high volume recruiting for roles such as sales representatives and technical support.
Experience with a variety of different recruitment software/HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Expert knowledge and experience in recruitment concepts, practice, and procedures.
History of influencing senior leadership within HR and Business.
History of take initiative to drive change across recruiting processes or practices.
Experience using various interview techniques and evaluation methods to find quality talent.
Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (like video or panel interviews).
Experience with social media recruiting.
Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
Tremendous computer skills (Excel/Word).
Able to work with minimal supervision and follow established policies and procedures.
