The Virtual Recruiter plays an important role in the Morales Group mission of building better futures by connecting online job seekers with employment. In particular, the Virtual Recruiter engages with job seekers who connect with Morales Group via digital platforms with the objective of getting them from job seeking to job placement with minimal time and friction. The Virtual Recruiter leverages his/her creativity, critical thinking, and interest in digital and social media platforms to find job seekers, promptly and effectively engage with them, and get them placed into the right job.

Essential Functions/Job Specific:
  • Writing detailed, clear job descriptions and posting them on a range of job boards to attract candidates MGI website, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Career Builder, Facebook and Facebook community pages and updating the live job tracker to ensure were utilizing each job board to its fullest potential without going over allotted job slots
  • Communicating with the Manager/Supervisor and reviewing job descriptions to ensure accurate shortlisting of candidates
  • Fostering solid professional relationships with prospective hires from social media, job boards, and our website chat bot
  • Recruiting from social media community pages reporting data back to Digital Marketing Manager
  • Following up promptly with prospective hires and ensuring the candidates get through the application process quickly
  • Screening candidates and doing any prerequisites processes before accepting a job offer
  • Understanding and fully utilizing our texting software to effectively communicate with candidates
  • Fully utilizing our job boards drive more traffic applicants and direct sourcing of candidates through the resume portals
  • Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop ideas and processes to increase candidate traffic
  • Working with the operations teams and attending daily huddles to understand current needs in order to communicate to our job seekers
  • Tracking candidate leads each week and compiling data to measure against team KPIs
  • Responding to enquiries in a polite, efficient manner with proper grammar and correct information

  • Ability to speak,read, and write in English at a level appropriate for the job and communicate effectively
  • Bilingual is strongly preferred.
  • Previous recruiting or customer service experience required.
  • Familiarity working with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Experience in Microsoft Office a plus.
  • Ability to be accurate, concise, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work across multiple systems and platforms simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Department of Labor Laws both Federal/State specific preferred
  • High School and Higher Education preferred
