An employer is looking for an HR Recruiter/ Sourcer to sit remotely. This team is within Operations & Logistics and helps place HR talent across the nation. On a day-to-day this individual will develop, influence, generate, and execute volume sourcing strategies for passive and active candidates. They will dive deep into their recruiting data to understand trends and opportunities, utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to build effective recruitment strategy within the HR space. This team helps place HR candidates primarily within the filed, but services a variety of HR positions ranging from entry to management level. The ideal candidate will come from a sourcing heavy background, understand the HR field and acumen required, utilize Linkedin for both recruitment and posting positions, and have experience or a passion for diversity recruiting. This is a high-volume role, looking for someone to manage a large pipeline of openings, pivot on a moment's notice, and hire upwards of 10-20+ candidates a month. -2+ years of overall Recruiting experience
-Experience placing candidates within the HR (field, corporate, talent acquisition, etc.)
-Experience with high volume sourcing (ex: 200+ outreaches a week, 10-15 interviews a week, 10+ hires a month)
-Proven ability to hit and exceed metric goals
-Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, and other external sourcing tools
