Last Call Media is looking for a highly experienced recruiter to help find the best and most talented business developers, marketers, programmers, designers, product owners and more.
The ideal candidate has worked for a web agency or other software development company and has a passion for meeting people and making optimal and timely matches based on the ever-changing needs of a web agency's clients. This person should be interested in creating a team of highly talented people who love working together to solve problems and innovate.
What you'll do:
Work with us to ensure we have the right, highly-talented people and teams ready for new work as it comes in and as existing clients' needs change.
Ensure we are always aware of available people whom it would make sense to employ either full time or as freelancers.
Manage the hiring process and schedule interviews.
Perform initial screening interviews.
Post jobs to relevant job boards.
Desire to work creatively to find talent outside of standard job boards.
Participate in negotiations with candidates.
Help with additional business development efforts as needed.
What you'll bring:
A proven track record recruiting to ensure the delivery of digital products and services that delight customers.
3+ years of similar experience in a digital agency, consultancy, or equivalent setting.
An obvious drive to grow and learn from the highly-skilled team around you.
Familiarity with HR software and internet job boards.
Fluent English and highly-developed communication skills.
It would be nice if you also had:
Knowledge of large-scale open source web technologies (such as Drupal, WordPress, and React).
Ability to work efficiently, sometimes under tight deadlines.
