Human Resources Business Partner-Temporarily Remote (Finance)

The company's world-class cannabis team produces indoor cannabis that is hydroponically grown in small batches with a focus on premium quality.
This role will focus primarily on the recruiting efforts for our Provisioning Centers (retail stores) throughout Michigan, as well as provide general Human Resources support to the HR team and all business units as needed. The right candidate will have a great attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong sense of customer service with a desire to assist others. Must be a motivated self-starter who can work with minimal supervision. This position requires excellent attendance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent acquisition and recruiting, job listings, screening and interviewing candidates
LinkedIn recruiting as needed
New hire documentation and background checks
Onboarding and new employee orientation
Support multiple HR processes and systems as needed
Provide employee support for various HR-related topics
Employee relations, leadership coaching
Administer and support company and HR policies
Recruiting analytics and reporting
Administrative tasks
Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be 21 years or older and be able to pass a background check
Must be reliable and have great attendance
Bachelor's degree in HR preferred
3+ years proven recruiting experience required
3+ years proven HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience required
3+ years administrative and customer service experience required
LinkedIn Recruiting experience highly preferred
Must be able to handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretion
Must understand federal regulations and compliance records management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Great attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, excellent phone skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Must be local to the Detroit Metro Area with the ability to occasionally travel (within Michigan)
Full time: $50K-$55K a year based on experience and successful interview; full benefits and great growth opportunities
