About The Role:
This is a 6+ Month Contract ideally located in the Eastern Standard Time Zone
Turnitin is seeking a Sales Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to help us grow our global Sales Talent Pipeline. We're looking for individuals who can drive and manage an efficient yet quality process and be a strategic partner to our hiring managers. You should have experience owning a pipeline and reporting out on your success. We are better when you model authenticity and curiosity for the candidates and hiring managers you support.
A day in the life of our Contract TA Partner:
Facilitating the entire interview process, from application review, screening calls to conducting remote / on-site interviews
Enthusiastically navigating the nuances of international recruitment in the US, Latin America and Europe
Manage all candidate communications while ensuring positive candidate experience
Generate pipelines and calibrate regularly with hiring managers and hiring teams
Manage hiring manager expectations and develop interview processes that leads to quality hires
Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity
Proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
Collaborate with other recruiting team members on initiatives and other hiring needs
You possess 3+ years of sales recruiting experience (mix of in-house & agency is a plus)
You build and manage relationships with candidates and hiring managers, prioritizing a positive candidate and hiring manager experience, while building candidate pipelines that support team hiring goals
You collaborate with HR Partners and hiring managers to prioritize your time in support of team hiring goals
Ability to manage multiple competing demands and constantly re-prioritize
Ability to multitask, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Experience in sourcing component of recruiting for specific and niche skills
Experience sourcing internationally through LinkedIn and similar applications
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with SmartRecruiters or similar ATS software
