Adecco is currently assisting a globally known client in their efforts to fill a Virtual Technical Recruiter position in Niskayuna, NY paying up to $63.00 hr / Adecco W2. Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

Type: Fulltime (40 hours / week)

Length: 12+ month contract (possible extensions)

Shift/Hours: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm

Pay Rate: Up to $63.00 per hr / Adecco W2

Requirements for Virtual Technical Recruiter job include, but are not limited to:

Responsible for sourcing for passive candidates

Responsible for recruiting Solutions Architects

Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships

Team would love to convert or extend contractor if they are the right fit

CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates

Qualifications for Virtual Technical Recruiter job include, but are not limited to:

Bachelor's degree - Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

5+ years' experience sourcing passive Technical / IT candidates - Solutions Architects

Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Power Point

Oracle or Microsoft background would be a big plus
- Ability to work across all functions/levels as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
