An ideal Career Services team member has previous recruiting experience. They are upbeat, driven and proven relationship builders. A track record of success in the development of prospective candidates, including interviewing skills and resume development is essential. The selected candidate will build a personal rapport with our students and graduates to transform them into expert job seekers and productive employees. The ability to readily assess their talents and match and market them with the pipeline of job leads is needed. Creating new relationships and building on existing relationships with employers to maintain a steady flow of job leads in the technology industry is essential.
Pay 20 to 22 an hour
HOURS: M-F, either 4 days per week 10 hours per day or 5 days per week 8 hours per day MUST stay until 7:30 pm 2 days per week, otherwise schedule is flexible Training is 9am-6 pm for 2 weeks (plus 2 nights per week until 7:30 pm) Make 40-50 calls a day
