We actively seek a Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead our sales recruiting efforts. This is a remote role that can be based anywhere in the US.

Position Description

We are looking for an exceptional, experienced Sales Recruiting Professional with demonstrated ability to source and hire top enterprise sales talent and lead a team of Sales Recruiters to partner with our sales leadership team to execute our hiring strategy.

As a member of our Global Talent Acquisition team, our Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition will responsible for leading recruiting efforts and a team of recruiters in developing relationships with key stakeholders and cultivating ongoing relationships with the talent market they serve to ensure a quality pool of candidates for every assigned requisition. This is a player-coach role.

Our Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition will be both a people-manager and manage the full lifecycle of our talent acquisition process and play a critical role in ensuring the best possible sales talent is hired through a strong partnership with business leaders.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage the overall hiring strategy for sales recruiting
  • Manage and lead a high-performing team of sales recruiters
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Partner with sales leaders to help understand and advocate for talent
  • Understand the skills and background required, the impact of the role, and what constitutes an ideal fit
  • Develop and apply subject matter expertise in assigned functional areas
  • Develop and execute effective talent acquisition and sourcing strategies
  • Embrace employee referrals and build internal partnerships to foster quality referrals
  • Manage a reasonable requisition load
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies to actively and creatively network and evaluate top talent
  • Manage the full lifecycle, including interview and offer processes, salary recommendations and negotiations, and close candidates in a timely manner
  • Champion a positive candidate experience and effectively manage candidates throughout the process
  • Knowledge and adherence to appropriate legal and compliant employment processes
  • Manage Applicant Tracking System including all changes, updates and reporting


Qualifications/Skills/Experience

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Location
  • Remote, US

Experience
  • 10+ years of full lifecycle talent acquisition experience: sourcing passive candidates, interviewing, negotiating and closing, creating and managing process, and managing client and candidate relationships on a global scale
  • 5+ years of proven experience leading sales recruiters to identify and place technology, software and professional services sales professionals
  • Experience working in software or technology services organizations
