As our first recruiting coordinator, you'll be our invaluable partner in helping guide candidates through CaptivateIQ's interview process with an empathetic mindset. As a part of a small group, you will also have a unique opportunity to support and influence hiring at CaptivateIQ.

Responsibilities
    • Scheduling phone, video, and virtual onsite interviews for candidates
    • Provide a comfortable and welcoming candidate experience from start to finish so that each applicant feels respected and becomes a champion of our brand
    • Build, maintain, and update our resources and processes (Lever, team-specific workflows, etc.)
    • Proactively identify opportunities to improve our processes, the tools we use, and our relationships with hiring partners
    • Maintain data integrity within our applicant tracking system, Lever, to ensure we have healthy pipelinesPartner with recruiters and hiring managers to manage candidate pipelines and maintain all job postings


Requirements
    • 0-1+ years in a recruiting coordinator, HR coordinator, or any similar coordination position
    • Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to interact effectively with team members, hiring managers, and candidates
    • Proven to be a self-starter that has the ability to troubleshoot and resolve roadblocks as they occur
    • The ability to understand and adapt to rapidly changing prioritiesIntegrity in handling confidential and sensitive information
    • Work experience, preferably in a scheduling or administrative capacity
    • A high level of ownership and attention to detailProficiency in Lever, GSuite, and Notion (preferred)
