About the role
As an Executive Recruiter, you'll put your communication and connection skills to work as you share our story and vision. You'll regularly engage hiring managers and partners in talent conversations. You'll employ an inclusive recruiting strategy welcoming opportunities to enhance our candidate experience. You will cultivate positive relationships with senior leaders and partners across Zillow Group brands, working collaboratively with clients, peers, and key leaders to ensure a win for your candidates and hiring managers. As part of a larger recruiting infrastructure, you'll have resources to get things done, and have plenty of autonomy to lead strategy and define tactics creating a strong inclusive recruiting platform.
Lead executive-level searches and tackle complex recruiting projects, including diversity and opportunistic recruiting strategies.
Lean into improving our leadership recruiting strategy mindful of our diversity commitment and annual hiring plan that emphasizes quality of hires, process efficiency, strong client management, and standard methodologies.
Engaging: You work cross-functionally to influence and inspire leaders, partners, and your teams using storytelling and data to encourage awareness and dedication to inclusive recruiting.
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. "Remote" employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
Who you are
7+ years of experience in recruiting with recent experience working in a highly matrixed environment on VP+ level roles

Adept in the tools of recruiting including Workday, SmashFly, or other candidate capture solutions.
