Job Summary:
Immediate Long-Term Full Cycle Recruiting Project (6+ months), offering stability and growth among a busy Talent Acquisition Team. Within this role the consultant will support a large, growing Financial Services organization within the Charlotte, NC region.

  • Full Cycle Recruitment, supporting all areas of the business
  • Partner with hiring managers and Human Resource Teams to create job descriptions and compensation requirements
  • Act as a Talent Advisor, consulting with managers
  • Creative recruiter providing "white glove" candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Guide the hiring process from start to finish and make recommendations through the entire offer negotiation process through onboarding.

Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • Technical or IT Recruiting Experience highly preferred
  • No less than 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
  • Hybrid background of Agency and Corp Experience is a plus
  • Experience managing vendor relationships
  • HR Compliance and regulations, OFCCP

** Due to COVID-19 this position is remote until further notice, but ideally reside within the Charlotte region.
