Job Requirements: PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, pre-screening, coordinating interviews, interviewing, and hiring for hourly roles in our East Coast Distribution Center. This role will work alongside other HR team members in a fast paced, energetic, goal oriented and dynamic environment using effective recruiting strategies and best practices to recruit a best-in-class hourly workforce. Responsibilities include:
Use multiple recruiting methods and creative thinking to attract candidates including professional networking, social media, cold-calling, job boards, internet searches, advertising, community outreach, job fairs, Department of Labor, Colleges and Technical schools, referrals, distribution of flyers and meeting with local businesses to proactively source qualified candidates.
Develop advertisements to increase the visibility of company's social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) content
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
Screen and evaluate resumes for open positions
Conduct initial phone interviews and provide recommendations; coordinate interviews with the management team and candidates
Manage candidate contact during the recruitment process
Bachelor's Degree required
2 years Proven success with high volume recruitment in a business environment
Sourcing expertise, utilizing a range of methods and approaches
Proficient in Internet, social media and digital platform recruiting/sourcing techniques
Ability to design and implement effective recruitment strategies
Strong follow-up, communication, and organizational skills
Advanced excel skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
