The Contract Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates for open positions at management level and above. Successful candidates should be comfortable interacting with internal executive stake-holders and implementing full cycle recruiting procedures. Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
On-board and train new employees
Implement company culture, values and policies
Provide management with requested reports and documents
Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
Accurately maintain employee files
Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
Experience recruiting Director level and C-suite executives
Knowledge of several position groups including Accounting/Finance and IT
Ability to build rapport with all employees
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
