Contract Technical Recruiter
Job Description:
Our client has an immediate need for a contract Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for supporting full-cycle recruitment processes for Technology, IT and Engineering positions while developing strong relationships with hiring managers and maintaining consistent communication. This is a contract position, expected to last about 6 months, with remote flexibility.
Responsibilities:
Developing sourcing strategies
Ownership of vacancies from requisition creation to fill
Coordinating necessary postings/advertisements
Managing relationships and maintaining communication with hiring managers
Facilitating candidate communication and negotiation
Recruiting or recruiting-related projects may be assigned on an as-needed basis
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field (equivalent experience may substitute for degree completion)
Desired Background/Skills:
Qualifications:
Minimum of five years of experience as a recruiter, including high volume recruiting experience
Previous experience with web-based resume systems is required
Work independently with limited supervision
High Volume Corporate recruiting and Full Account Management Experience
Previous experience in a high technology environment is preferred
