We have an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Recruiter to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for developing a pipeline of talent while developing relationships with the hiring managers. Experience with human resources or recruiting preferred but not required. We anticipate this assignment to last 60 - 90 days.

Job Duties:
• Create and maintain a strong pipeline of passive talent for each assigned role
• Develop strategies on current openings acting quickly to changing priorities
• Build lasting relationships with Hiring Managers and collaborating with them on current needs.
• Develop and maintain strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Develop new and effective sourcing strategies geared towards attracting top talent
• Research and attend industry recruiting and networking events when needed
• Staying abreast of industry trends regarding competitive marketplace
• Keep up to date on latest and greatest sourcing tools and techniques
• Adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities and formulate plans to fill new roles quickly
• Leverage and maintain in-house database to build virtual pipeline.
• Understand and leverage staffing metrics to evangelize success of the department
• Create candidate profiles within the business' applicant tracking software and update as needed through-out the recruiting process
• Performs other duties as requested by Recruiting and Staffing Supervisor.
