We are looking for a Workday Recruiting Analyst part time, for a temporary 6-month project to catch us up on our backlog of requests. Our team supports several Business Units that each have separate Offer and Job Requisition processes. This role will be working with our Talent Acquisition (TA) Subject Matter Expert (SME) Team directly to scope out projects, recommend the best approach, configure and test in Workday.
Leads and participates in requirements gathering, design, test, deployment, and maintenance of Workday Recruiting configuration
Successfully collaborates with teams to provide support for requests such as enhancements, defects, and new functionality.
Advises partners to understand business processes, system configuration s and enhancement opportunities in order to provide technology solutions.
Provides support for Workday, including researching, identifying, and resolving complex Workday issues, unexpected results and process flaws. Proactively seeks feedback from appropriate parties on suggested solutions.
Minimum 3+ years of Workday Recruiting experience
Experience with EIBs, Report Writing, Offer Letters and Business Processes
Previous experience with Workday Partner firm as certified consultant helpful
