The mission of the Recruiter role is to provide the highest level of recruitment support to leadership at multiple locations by supporting the execution of effective recruitment strategies while maintaining the full cycle recruitment and placement of key positions, including CDL drivers, manufacturing and production. This is a seasonal recruiting position.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Efficiently and effectively fill open positions with quality talent Partner with hiring managers to collect and understand position responsibilities and duties ensuring top quality hires. Execute traditional and creative recruiting strategies that attract the ideal candidates through the Reddy Ice Career site, external job boards and professional organizations. Assist with managing the interview process by connecting and scheduling candidates with hiring managers. Utilize various interview processes including candidate pre-screen questionnaires, telephone prescreens, etc. Gather and analyze feedback from hiring managers on a timely basis. Ensure candidate requirements and successfully close offers throughout the interview process. Understand and fully comply with laws, regulations, and internal processes, policies, and procedures. Create, track, and finalize new hire process, including the closing of filled requisitions, while presenting automated offer letters. Track applicant flow and disposition candidates timely. Identify and employ creative sourcing methods including community based recruiting. Monitor time-to-fill, candidate sourcing, while meeting goals to Reddy Ice recruiting metrics. Research and recommend new sourcing processes for active and passive candidate recruiting Schedule and support open house programs, job fairs and group interviews as needed. Assume other duties and responsibilities required or assigned by management. Must have a high sense of urgency, willingness to succeed while having a team player mindset. Must be able to travel

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience in a related field (light industrial preferred) of Recruiting/HR experience will be considered. Proficiency with Microsoft applications. Good verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to multi-task and interact with all levels of internal and external customers.

Corporate office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. High Pace environment and fast response to recruiting needs.
